The CityLiving Group at VILLAGE

At VILLAGE, we see things differently than most real estate brokerages. Our driving force is the desire to build stronger, more progressive communities and to develop neighborhood health and wealth. Our mission and community involvement reflect this commitment to these values. Whether it's giving back through our nonprofit foundation, The VILLAGE Fund, or implementing our unique approach to buying and selling, we strive to make a positive difference.

VILLAGE Realtors® are among some of the most knowledgeable in the industry, taking in-house classes and staying up-to-date with the latest in real estate industry and market trends. Our Realtors® have access to an exemplary team of Managing Brokers and Executives, experienced in dealing with residential, commercial, property management, new construction, condos, multifamily, development and homeowners associations.

Unlike some companies, every Agent at VILLAGE has the Realtor® designation. As Realtors®, we subscribe to the National Code of Ethics, an even higher standard than required by the Tennessee Real Estate Legal Code. Beyond the mentioned Code of Ethics, VILLAGE requires a higher standard of practice through proper compliance, documentation, and duties promised to our Clients.

All Agents of VILLAGE engage in continuing education beyond the minimum state requirements. To support our Agents' growth, VILLAGE offers over 200 in-house classes and training opportunities, with topics ranging from ethical and legal issues to practical learning and fieldwork. In addition to our educations offerings, VILLAGE offers mentoring, coaching, peer group clubs, and training unparalleled by any other Brokerage. Over 100 Agents gather for our weekly sales meetings, through with 30% of our listings are sold.

At VILLAGE, no Agent does it alone. We are a team of experienced and knowledgeable Realtors® and Brokers supporting on another. ViLLAGE ensures that all of our Agents have the tools, support, and resources required to carry you smoothly through the entire transaction process.
