The Nashville Business Journal announced that Metro Nashville intends to award Bell & Associates [Darek Bell] a contract for managing infrastructure construction of the Major League Soccer stadium at the Fairgrounds Nashville. Bell & Associates was also awarded a road improvement construction project in Knoxville, according to Knox News. Commercial Property Executive included the Nashville Hyatt opening in its commercial real estate wrap up for October, of which Bell & Associates was a general contractor.
