EO Member Spotlight

Colton Mulligan

FoxFuel Creative

Colton Mulligan, who is he?

34 years old, newly married to Aly Mulligan (now a spousal forum member), started FoxFuel Creative in his basement 4.5 years ago, the same month he found out he has Type 1 Bipolar (he tells this to everyone in earshot).

What does he do?

He says most brands tell boring stories about themselves. Their logos, websites, videos, emails, etc. don't project the kind of company they actually are. He helps brands figure out who they are, what kind of story to tell, and vets the story past their audience to see if their customers even give a damn.

What does FoxFuel Creative do?

They build all the things that actually match up to who a brand is (brand identity, messaging, websites, business cards, pitch decks, videos, social content, yada yada yada, you get it.)

What should you ask him about at the next happy hour?

He loves to skateboard, he thinks he's the Ken Burns of vacation-recap-videos, his dog is named Justin Timberlake Mulligan (his wife named him), but his favorite thing is to have a real conversation about your headspace and whether or not you feel good about yourself today.

Got a quote you love to use for business?

Smooth seas don't make a good sailor.
