LAST CHANCE to register for LEVEL UP!
Deadline is March 31st!

Level Up is a leadership skills development program designed to give experienced leaders tools and a peer group for experience and resource sharing that will help them take their company to the next level. This program is led by the amazing Mary Sobon of m2 Consulting!

Most entrepreneurs don’t make the time to develop their leaders and give them all the tools they need to get to this next level. Level Up gets these leaders to think more like entrepreneurs and delivers leadership skill-building to leaders who may be wired differently than the founder of a company.

The application deadline is March 31st.

Arbinger Institute Workshop
May 12th and 13th

After numerous EO Nashville members experienced Arbinger’s Mindset at a Regional Conference, they knew we needed to bring it to our members locally. This two-day workshop is transformational, especially for such a time as this. You will work to reveal two distinct mindsets from which people and organizations operate – a self-focused inward mindset and an others-inclusive outward mindset. Arbinger has a 40-year record of successfully helping organizational change efforts by equipping people to shift to an outward mindset. Studies show that organizations that focus on this kind of mindset change are four times more likely to succeed in organizational-change efforts than companies that focus only on changing behavior.

Plan to turn outward by (1) shifting your mindsets, (2) equipping you and your leaders to invite outward mindset ways of working in teams, and (3) helping leaders to turn organizational systems and processes outward in order to invite and reward sustained, systemic change

Cost to EO Members is $100, in-person guests are $300, virtual guests are $200.
Please note that the normal cost for this 2-day workshop is $895 per person, so this is a substantial discount!
