Alex Tolbert [BerniePortal] penned an article for Inc. about the lessons he learned from competing against a billion-dollar company. He also wrote an article for Recruiter offering tips for small businesses competing in the talent market.

Advance Financial [Michael Hodges] was recently ranked eighth on Indeed’s annual nationwide list of top-rated workplaces for compensation and benefits, ranking ahead of national powerhouses Apple, GEICO, Comcast, AT&T, Boeing, Starbucks and ALDI.

Seth Argo [Focus Builders] was quoted in the Tennessean about utilizing pantries and closets as storm shelters. The article also appeared in print.

Josephine’s [James Lewis] Chef Andy Little was featured on the CBS This Morning segment “The Dish.” Burger Up was mentioned in a Nashville Scene article about FAB, a special seminar for women in the food and beverage industry, coming to Nashville.

The Nashville Post quoted Brian Hoppes [Elevation Search Solutions] in its recent article on Amazon’s effect on the Nashville technology scene.

Charles Robert Bone [Bone McAllester Norton] was mentioned in the Nashville Post as the buyer of a February headline home.

Marcelle Gilbeau [Marcelle Gilbeau Interior Design] was mentioned in a StyleBlueprint roundup of 11 affordable home hacks to make life easier.

Bell & Associates [Darek Bell] was mentioned in a Nashville Post article as the construction company chosen to build several office towers at downtown’s Nashville Yards site.

WSMV News Channel 4 reported that the Nashville Soccer Club [Christopher Redhage] stadium at the Fairgrounds Nashville is slated to be ready in 2022. The team will be playing home games at Nissan Stadium until the 2022 season.

A Nashville Scene article about the factors that make restaurants great featured the architect behind Two Ten Jack and The Green Pheasant [Patrick Burke]. The article also mentions Bastion [Benjamin and Max Goldberg] for working with Bar Alliance, a local vendor of artisan ice, juices and flavored syrups for bartenders.

The Nashville Post mentioned The Green Pheasant [Patrick Burke] as the neighbor of a recently announced SoBro restaurant.

Benjamin and Max Goldberg [Strategic Hospitality] were mentioned in Hotel Management and hospitalitynet for Pinewood Social’s former chef announcing his new role at Holston House Nashville. The Catbird Seat, Bastion and Le Sel were mentioned in the Nashville Scene for sourcing their meat from Bear Creek Farm, the ranch that provides meat for most of the local upscale restaurants. The Nashville Scene featured the chef at Bastion, who formerly worked at The Catbird Seat and Pinewood Social, as a James Beard Award nominee. The Band Box was featured in Ballpark Digest and the Nashville Post for announcing new menu items for the 2019 season. The Band Box was also mentioned in a Nashville Post article about this weekend’s Nashville Sounds game against the Texas Rangers. Vanderbilt Hustler featured a new lounge at the Vanderbilt baseball field similar to the Band Box. Henrietta Red’s chef will be featured in a collaboration dinner in Detroit, as reported by The Detroit News. A local chef mentioned that Henrietta Red is one of his favorite local restaurants in an interview with the Tennessean. The Nashville Scene featured the restaurant’s chef after her recent James Beard Award nomination. The Nashville Scene announced that Lyft is offering users a free ride to Henrietta Red during the month of March in honor of International Women’s Day.  

Insider featured Nashville as a destination everyone wants to visit in the U.S. this summer and mentioned AdventureWorks [Jennifer Halverson] as something to do while in town.

The president of Hytch [Robert Hartline] was quoted in the Nashville Post about the design of a new boutique hotel in SoBro.

News Channel 5 featured the influx of business brought to Nashville by the SEC basketball tournament and quoted a manager from Pancho and Lefty’s [Will Newman].

Pennington Distilling Co. [Jeff Pennington] was featured in the Nashville Scene for its new Davidson Reserve Tennessee Whiskey available in stores by the end of March.

The All State featured a recent event by the Nashville Zoo and mentioned the organization’s upcoming event at Climb Nashville [Lance Brock].
