Virtual Startup and Business Internship Fair

Hosted by the Nashville Enterpreneur Center

The Nashville Entrepreneur Center will be hosting a Virtual Startup and Small Business Internship Fair on Tuesday, February 2nd from 4:00-6:00pm.

This virtual event will connect students from all over with companies and organizations in the Nashville region. Each company that participates will be able to host a virtual table on the Hopin platform, where they will speak to students about opportunities available to them. Last year, more than 40 businesses participated and 250 students attended. They hope to have an even greater reach this year as a virtual fair will allow students from all over to find exciting roles here in Nashville!   

This is a great opportunity for EO companies for a nominal fee of $25!

Smith Gee Studio is serving as the architect on a mixed-use project in North Davidson County’s Bordeaux community, according to the Nashville Post. The Nashville Post also reported that Smith Gee Studio designed the north side of a mixed-use building that will sit next to the future Major League Soccer stadium at the Fairgrounds Nashville. 

The Tennessean featured an article on the new Strategic Hospitality [Benjamin & Max Goldberg] restaurant Locust, which is headed by the former chef of The Catbird Seat. The chef-owner at Henrietta Red and The Party Line was listed as one of the Nashville Business Journal’s 10 people to watch in 2021. Eater Nashville reported that the chef of Henrietta Red is participating in the Nashville Banh Mi Project. The chef of Henrietta Red shared her favorite frying pan with The Daily Beast.

The Nashville Post published images of a mixed-use development that Core Development [Mark Deutschmann] is planning for Wedgewood-Houston. Core Development will undertake a mixed-use project in North Davidson County’s Bordeaux community, according to the Nashville Post
