Forum Health Spotlight
From Mark Scrivner, Forum 17, Morgan House
There are a lot of great forums out there that we like to emulate best practices from. Our forum has been together for 7 years and I believe our success has been because of the mutual respect each of us shows for the others in the forum. Mutual respect is showing up on time, being prepared, following a clear agenda, keeping it on schedule, following Gestalt communication and giving each other our best selves each month. It’s not rocket science…we just follow the best practices laid out by EO. We also try to go the extra mile to make our chapter great like having the SAP’s in frequently, showing up to events and supporting the needs of the chapter when asked.
