Tips for Supporting Engaging Virtual Meetings

Forum members are finding it helpful when moderators share their screens during Forum meetings and present information on slides... such as the agenda, the opening question or ice breaker instructions, the parking lot, the rotation order for monthly updates, questions for presentations, reminders for EO events and next Forum meetings, and housekeeping items.

Utilizing visuals is a great way to connect with Forum members and learn more about each other.  Below are some icebreaker ideas.

Ask Forum members to:

Share their screens with a picture or a collage of photos that illustrate their values or represent an experience where they learned something significant that helped their leadership.

Grab something in their current location that is no more than 25 steps away and explain what the item is and what it means to them.
