What is a personal piece of advice (business advice/saying/quote) that you lean on and could pass on to others?

Treat everyone you meet as though their heart is breaking. Because it probably is.

Best business book you’ve ever read?

Proverbs. (The one between Psalms and Ecclesiastes.) It’s almost like a bathroom reader.

One misstep you took in your business that you could caution others about?

Hiring too fast and firing too slow: and when I started to have second thoughts about an employee, not making them my first thoughts.

How to you de-stress after a particularly hard day?

Sling a leg over my motocross bike and spend a couple hours getting muddy at the track.

What EO event are you most looking forward to attending in the next few months?

Buyers and Sellers – Dream it, Build it, Sell it!  And Forum. Always Forum.

What’s something about you that would surprise everyone reading this?

When I was little I wanted to be like Superman. So, exactly like Superman, I also wore my underwear on the OUTSIDE of my pants.

Any exciting plans for 2019 that you would like to share?

There just might be a new mutual fund launch in 2019 employing our proprietary strategy! I can’t say more. Yet.
