Health and Wellbeing Hacks from Mike Rustici

-I used to have a shower that took forever to heat up. That was always a good time to squeeze in a few pushups.

-I make a smoothie every morning with avocado, banana, broccoli, spinach, carrots, dates, ginger, cinnamon, almonds, brazil nuts, life greens, almond milk and chocolate protein powder. The combination of the chocolate protein powder and the avocado legit makes it taste close to a milk shake!

-Meditate while waiting in line or in the car instead of pulling out your phone

-Set the Do Not Disturb While Driving setting on you iPhone to avoid being tempted to text and drive.

-I keep a chart on my mirror with four spots to fill in every week listing the exercise that I've done.  I also list my personal core values on there as a daily reminder.
