1. Family Feud - EO Style!

Let’s step back to the 80s and your TV set – whether it had bunny ears or a slide cable box! And, what better way to celebrate and build house camaraderie than with the classic television game show Family Feud – LIVE with EO Houses competing! Questions will be EO Nashville tailored ranging from informative to frivolous, serious, funny or anywhere in between! We will even transition from Family Feud to MTV with tunes from the 80's! 

You won't want to miss this LIVE game show complete with show set center podiums, buzzers and SURVEY SAYS game board. So dress the part, grab your favorite date and join us to celebrate the 80s!

2.  3rd Annual EO Day on the Hill
February 19, 2019

Our 3rd Annual Day on the Hill event is quickly approaching on February 19th. We are beginning to set up appointments with our legislators, but we still need a few members to sign up to attend these appointments. If interested, you should be prepared to commit to the entire afternoon. 

There will also be a cocktail party folliowing our Day on the Hill from 5:30pm-8:00pm at Musician’s Hall of Fame. You must register for each of these events separately.  

Please consider volunteering for this incredible community event! We are super excited to have the opportunity to continue to make EO Nashville’s presence known.

The Nashville Post shared images from the launch of a podcast for local small business owners that was hosted at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center [Michael Brody-Waite].

The Green Pheasant [Patrick Burke] was included in a StyleBlueprint article about three great new restaurants in Nashville. The Nashville Scene featured a guide to the city’s spice map, which included a dish from The Green Pheasant.

Historic refurbished churches are becoming new homes for businesses, including SnapShot Interactive [Mark Scrivner], as mentioned in News Channel 5.

Eater Nashville listed 14 places to watch this weekend’s big game, including Smokin Thighs [Matthew Carney] and Beyond the Edge [Matthew Charette].

Charles Robert Bone [Bone McAllester Norton] and Max Goldberg [Strategic Hospitality] were listed in Pride Publishing Group as table hosts at Conversations with Oz, a fundraiser benefiting Oz Arts Nashville. The event’s chef is a member of the Strategic Hospitality team.

Pride Publishing Group recapped Bone McAllester Norton’s [Charles Robert Bone] annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Fellowship Breakfast and included an album of photos.

The Nashville Business Journal and the Nashville Post mentioned that a group including Mark Deutschmann [Village Real Estate Services] has listed a 12South building for sale.

506 Lofts [Micah Lanter] was featured in a Tennessean story about Nashville’s growing hotel scene.

The Nashville Post reported that Southwestern Consulting [Amanda Vaden and Rory Vaden] named a new senior partner.

Bell & Associates [Darek Bell] was mentioned in the Nashville Post as the general contractor for the future Davidson County Sheriff’s Office building.

A.Ray Hospitality [Austin Ray] restaurants M.L. Rose and Von Elrod’s Beer Hall & Kitchen were included in a StyleBlueprint article about the best places to watch the big game in Nashville.

The Nashville Post featured the International Association of Business Communicators Nashville chapter’s 2019 board of directors, which includes a Concept Technology [James Fields] employee.

Smith Gee Studio [Hunter Gee] was mentioned in the Nashville Post as the architect for Germantown’s ex-Neuhoff Packing Co. property, which was recently purchased by an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development company. The company was also mentioned in the Nashville Post as part of the team planning a set of high-rise structures in the Cummins Station area.

The beverage director of Strategic Hospitality [Benjamin and Max Goldberg] was quoted in an Economic Times article offering tips for setting up your own bar at home. Bloomberg gave tips for stocking your home bar and quoted the Patterson House’s head bartender and Strategic Hospitality’s beverage director. A vacation to Nashville and dinner at the Catbird Seat were included in an auction at the Naples wine fest, according to the Naples Daily News. Sounds Like Nashville included Henrietta Red on a list of local romantic restaurants.

A new Charlotte Avenue property has been listed for sale and is expected to be similar to the building housing Novatech [Darren Metz], as reported by the Nashville Post.

The Nashville Business Journal featured an article written by the COO of Hytch [Robert Hartline] offering tips to reduce traffic and increase economic growth in Nashville.

Venturebeat reported that 65 percent of Salesforce Ventures’ enterprise software company investments were outside of Silicon Valley and included Virsys12 [Tammy Hawes].

The Tennessean interviewed Derek Evans [Project 615] as the company plans to open a 1,000-square-foot retail shop in the Nashville airport.
